In this track, we will cover everything you need to know to sketch and plan an initiative for your community, from generating an original idea to taking the steps to implement it.

One topic you will discuss is the educational and social impact your idea would have. You will explore the needs of your own community and the steps you can take to make a meaningful change.

An appealing aspect of every initiative is the diverse activities organized to bring people together and help create long-lasting memories. However, planning one from scratch can seem quite daunting. That's why we want to guide you through the entire process step by step, from generating an appealing idea to implementing the activity itself.

The key component in a big project is how you manage both resources and the people behind it. Another skill you will gain from this track is how to create a unified team, looking after delegating tasks and managing their resources effectively.

At the end of this track you will have to make a PowerPoint presentation in which you present a project idea of your choice and how you would plan to implement it, so prepare to impress us with your innovative ideas.
