Quality Employment

Young people are suffering from high rates of unemployment, precarious and exploitative working conditions as well as discrimination in the labour market and the workplace. Recognition and validation of different skills obtained through internships, apprenticeships, social work, informal education is imperative for a better integration of people in the workforce. The lack of information and adequate skills for future employment puts a stop to the full inclusion of youth in the labor pool. Therefore measures need to be taken in order to ensure quality employment for all.
